Trackside Hospitality
Whether you are organising a small informal event for friends, a stag do. Or a full blown corporate event, your enjoyment will be greatly enhanced by the surroundings in which you are racing. The racetrack café can be open subject to prior booking and is capable of serving anything from the humble bacon & sausage baguette to an extensive hot buffet or BBQ. The hospitality suite/diner will be available for your use as will the sun terrace during fair weather. Apres race you and your guests may wish to relax in the bar and share some post race banter (or even cat business!).

The Hospitality Suite
The Hospitality Suite is the focal point of any event. Recently refurbished it is tastefully themed with racing memorabilia, boasts ample seating and is large enough to provide a dance floor should a Disco be required.
Leading out onto the first floor viewing balcony and adjacent to the Bar, it has hosted some truly “classic” events!
Capable of seating 100+ guests “theatre style”, the hospitality also serves as a larger conference room
Rye House Catering
If you are here for the whole day, you will require feeding! Subject to pre-booking Rye House can provide any level of catering you could want.
Typical menus including Continental breakfasts, fresh breakfast baguettes, Lunchtime Buffets (hot and cold) and the legendary “Rye House BBQ” are all freshly prepared on site.
The Catering section is also happy to tailor make menus to your exact needs, further details can be obtained by contacting the bookings office.
The Licensed Bar
Opened in December 2004, the Licensed bar can be available for your event should you wish. Themed tastefully, the bar really does provide a great way of winding down after “battle” on the track. Of course alcohol will only be available to clients “après” race!!!
The Licensed bar stocks a varied selection of beers, sprits and wines but will also supply any specially requested requirements you may have.
Conferencing
For conference groups of up to 30 delegates, we are pleased to offer a private, air-conditioned room, which can be set out to your preferred specification. The conference suite can be booked without a karting event if required.
