The Pit Garage Challenge
From January 2011, Rye House Kart Raceway are delighted to offer “real” team building exercises in addition to our already renound corporate kart racing events. Developed over a 12 month period to ensure it’s effectiveness, the “Pit Garage Challenge” offers individuals or teams the opportunity to build racing karts on either a competition basis, or as a collective group working towards the same goal!In brief we offer:
Purpose built pit bay awning.
Karts, tools and all safety wear required for the kart build.
Professional facilitators to work alongside your own team leaders.
Private conference rooms.
Various catering packages.
Achievers can be rewarded with track time.
Naturally, you will have your own event requirements and our event co-ordinaters are happy to discuss these with you over the telephone (or better still on site!) after which we will make recommendations before jointly tailor making an event for you.
I just wanted to say thank you very much for an excellent day out yesterday at Rye House. I know I can speak for everyone in the group when I say that we all had a lot of fun and really enjoyed all of the activities. The karting was certainly the highlight (particularly for me, as I won it!) but I should add that the Laser Combat was great fun and very realistic with authentic-looking guns and an excellent format compared to similar things that we had done in the past. Everyone commented on how the head shots worked well, and that they would definitely do it again in future.
