Arks Tuition and Examination

Rye House boasts a well-established team of Arks instructors and race tutors. Whether a complete novice or a seasoned racer, our team will help you to “shave” vital 10ths from your laptimes! Karts are available to individuals wishing to “turn up” without having to bring their own machines. (pic Arks tuition,await another photo)

Our ARKS school is run on a “group” basis, usually on the last Saturday of each month and has see literally hundreds of drivers successfully gain their MSA licenses. Drivers must ARKS test book in advance.(pic signing on)

Younger drivers, or those unable to make the set date, have the opportunity to book a 1-2-1 arks test for an additional fee. Any driver who sits a 1-2-1 Arks test will be offered a retest at reduced rate should they not pass at the first time of trying.

Kart Set-up

As well as driver instruction Rye House provide all aspects of race support; our specialist technicians are available to instruct drivers and mechanics alike in the art of chassis and engine set-up. (pic Brake setup,stubb axle, steering setup )

One 2 One Tuition

Aimed at individuals (or small groups) 1-2-1 tuition is an ideal way for newcomers to experience “Kart racing” in a safe controlled environment. Specialist instructors will offer kitting, briefing and a fully tutored lesson with the emphasis on correcting any bad habits and then, reducing laptimes! If you don’t own (or want to bring!) your own kart we will let you use one of ours for the session. For prices and availability contact the bookings office.
