For the last 7 years, Rye House have been hosting championships for folks like you that don’t have the experience, preparation time or perhaps the funds available to compete in racing…
Sure this is not Formula 1, but allow us to introduce you to the thrills & spills of motor sport!! Rye House is a well recognised venue in the industry that has fast become the UK’s foremost Karting center and offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy karting at a competitive level!!!
A series of 60 minute race events, which feature two formats, either a 15 mins. qualifying followed griding up and then a race through to the end of the hour, or, a 5 minute practice followed by 2 “25” minute races….. !!! With arrival 60 minutes before, the session should require you here for about 2.5 hrs “arrival to departure” allowing for the post race presentation (and an après race pint perhaps?). After each race the top three drivers will receive trophies and ALL entrants will get their own “lap time certificate”. Naturally many drivers will want to use their own racewear but we will have all kit available if required.
The 9 round championship kicks off in March & we already have 14 drivers on the grid!
Priced at less than £85 per round, this really is the most fun you can have with your clothes on!!
