Wahay!! This summer sees “beach parties” at Rye-Assic adventure park, introducing  our brand new attraction,  the “SPLASH PARK”.

The splash park is a safe, fun environment where the kids  can cool down during hot weather “play days”. With fountains, water sprays and nozzles galore your child can “splash” to their hearts content. All you need to bring is a towel and a cozie and of course ……………..sun cream ! “it’s always sunny at Rye-Assic Adventure park…..”

Price includes: Entry into the park and a “Dino” lunch box, children’s entertainer/host (Reggie the dinosaur), messy play and of course FREE ENTRY INTO THE SPLASH PARK. There will also be a raffle with great prizes too!

Priced at £59.99 per driver, the team at Rye have put together an Adult Development program aimed at individuals that would like to do “a bit more” than just turn up for the occasional hire event.

Without the aggravation of owning your own machine, you are able to turn up at Rye, all equipment supplied and our dedicated team of development coaches will be on hand to help you learn how to get round Rye House….. quickly!

The idea behind the Development Sesh is to offer “an insight” for those who wish to take a competitive stance to racing the opportunity to do so against like-minded racing enthusiasts. Having already run the format for juniors, the feedback has been ultra-successful and growing in popularity!!

This special event enables racers, 16 years old and over, to take the next step into the world of motor sport.

Albeit just an insight, our dedicated driver coaches instruct all racers on format, racing lines & most importantly; safety rules! The session lasts approximately 3.5 hours from arrival to departure & unfolds as follows:

18:30 – 18:50 Safety briefing, kitting & format

19:00 – 21:30 Driver development

The concept is simple; Combine a season of arrive & drive racing on a monthly basis, behind the wheel of the fastest karts in the industry, on a track that is regarded as the greatest test of driver skill! High speeds, hard braking and fast cornering on the 1km outdoor racetrack in variant weather conditions is just the beginning!

The team at Rye-Assic are delighted to announce the first Sunday Session on the 4th June 2017 was a great success!!Dedicated to children with additional needs, the feedback was 100% positive!!!

Don’t miss out on upcoming sessions as there are limited numbers…

Sessions will be run for families with children who have additional needs (siblings welcome to join) to relax, have a coffee & meet new friends whilst the children play in a fun, safe environment!

We are taking into consideration the children’s needs therefore music will be “background only”, there will be no flashing lights & wristbands will be issued but not expected to be worn.

Rye House have now setup two separate sessions; one for our RHDC Junior Championship members and another for newcomers looking to take the next step into the world of motor sport!

Last night see our RHDC members educated on some useful tips and knowledge by some of our most experienced instructors and then put it to the test on the racetrack!! All 36 drivers then teamed up into groups of 3 and raced in a LeMans style 40 minute endurance!

Whilst this brand new format did have some expected minor teething issues, the development team are overwhelmed by how much fun they had running the event!

Sam Green – Development Coach: “Whilst we will be looking to improve the general flow of the session in stage 1, we were all blown away by how much fun the endurance race was in stage 2. Splitting the children into groups of 3 and leaving them to decide when they wish make a driver change was magic! Working as a team and supporting one another was great to see!! We can take a lot of positives from Sunday’s session and work on improving the format to give drivers a fantastic experience going forward!!”

Tonight see’s the same format for our newcomers. We can’t wait to get the show on the road!!
