Your Race Itinerary:
From the moment your group arrives to the final podium celebration, here is a look at what your team can expect from an unforgettable Christmas event at Rye House:
1. Gear Up and Safety Briefing
Drivers are kitted out in full professional racewear before receiving a comprehensive safety and format briefing from our expert marshals. Once prepped, it’s time to climb into our powerful 160cc EVO karts, capable of hitting thrilling speeds of up to 40mph.
2. Qualifying (10 Minutes)
It’s time to hit the tarmac! Drivers use this session to get used to the kart's handling, learn the optimal racing lines, and set their absolute fastest lap time to secure a prime spot on the starting grid. Every hundredth of a second counts!
3. The Grid & The 20-Minute Sprint Race
Drivers return to the pit lane to take up their hard-earned starting positions. When the lights flash from red to green, a adrenaline-fueled 20-minute sprint race commences! Expect fierce competition, tactical overtaking, and plenty of excitement.
The Finish Line: Podium Presentation & Celebration
After the checkered flag drops, the excitement doesn't stop. Head back to our hospitality suite to wind down and celebrate the racing heroes of the day:
The Podium: The top three finishing drivers take to the official Rye House podium to hoist trophies and be crowned race champions.
Data-Driven Bragging Rights: Every driver receives their own lap data results sheet—the ultimate tool for settling debates back at the club next week!
Food & Drinks: Relax and unwind in the diner, giving your team the perfect space to dissect their best racing moments, near-misses, and overtaking heroics over a delicious meal. Choose from a pizza, hotdog, or burger meal to round out the celebrations.
