Drivers, Parents, Managers,

WE FINALLY HAVE A DATE THAT WE CAN START THE SEASON!

We can’t wait to have you all back at he circuit, and we have put a plan together for how we can do that as well as a schedule for April and May’s RHDC Races.

What we need you guys to do now, is read this email carefully to ensure you get the correct information, and therefore come to the track on the right day, at the right time.

LOTUS, ROOKIE AND DEBUT CUPS:

Your calendars are unaffected. Below is a video briefing which we will be running through on the day of your first race. THIS MUST BE WATCHED BY ALL DRIVERS AHEAD OF TIME

SENNA AND MAX CUPS:

Your races are on at the same time as they are schdulled to be normally, So that is a 9am arrival for a 10am start for Senna Cup, and 5:30pm arrival for a 6:30pm start for MAX Cup. However, the dates will be slightly different. We have kept the ‘catch-ups’ on the correct day for your championship, but they are more frequent so that we can make up for lost time. PLEASE check the calendar below to see your race dates. Below is also a video briefing which we will be running through on the day of your first race. THIS MUST BE WATCHED BY ALL DRIVERS AHEAD OF TIME

ALL OTHER JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS:

Your race dates and times have changed during the catch-up period. 8-11 year old championships are at 18:00 (17:00 arrival), and 12-15’s are at 19:30 (18:30 arrival). Your races are more frequent but we have managed to keep them on the correct day of the week, so make sure you see the calendar below to check when you should be here. Below is also a video briefing which we will be running through on the day of your first race. THIS MUST BE WATCHED BY ALL DRIVERS AHEAD OF TIME

A FEW EXTRA RULES

Whilst I know that you will want to bring plenty of spectators to see your races we ask that for the time being, you only bring essential people with you. The cafe and grandstand will not be open so outdoor spectating will be the only option (toilet facilities will of course be open).
Make sure that you bring a facemask with you, or keep your balaclava/helmet on when interacting with other drivers/parents or with staff.
We will be able to hire out kit to drivers that need it, but feel free to buy your own if it makes you feel more comfortable.
