NEW 2022 CHAMPIONSHIPS
2022 will see Grand Prix championships that we will be running for drivers that don’t have the preparation time available to compete in race meetings as “owner” drivers but still want to get all the extra benefits that becoming a club racer offers!
A series of GP1 races, which feature two formats, either a 15 mins. qualifying followed by grifding up and then a race through to the end of the hour, or, a 5 minute practice followed by 2 “25” minute races….. !!! With arrival 60 minutes before, the session should require you here for about 2.5 hrs “arrival to departure” allowing for the post race presentation (and an après race pint perhaps?). After each race the top three drivers will receive trophies and ALL entrants will get their own “lap time certificate”. Naturally many drivers will want to use their own racewear but we will have all kit available if required.
